Salon Policies
We value your time and appreciate the same consideration for our team. Our policies help us provide the best possible experience for every guest and allow our stylists to manage their schedules fairly. Please review our policies before your appointment, and feel free to contact us with any questions.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations or rescheduling within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment may be subject to a fee of 50% of the scheduled service. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a charge of up to 100% of the scheduled service.
No-Shows
Guests who do not arrive for their scheduled appointment and do not provide notice may be charged up to 100% of the scheduled service. Any applicable balance may need to be resolved before booking another appointment.
Late Arrivals
We understand that unexpected delays happen, and we will always do our best to accommodate you. If you are running late, please contact the salon as soon as possible. Arrivals of 15 minutes or more may require us to adjust or reschedule your service to avoid impacting the appointments scheduled after yours. If we are unable to complete your appointment due to a late arrival, it may be treated as a late cancellation and the applicable cancellation fee may apply.
Deposits
Some appointments may require a deposit to reserve your time. Deposits are non-refundable. When appropriate notice is provided for a rescheduled appointment, an eligible deposit may be transferred as a credit toward a future appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
Service Pricing
Prices listed on our website are starting prices and may vary based on your individual service needs. Salon SOCA uses a parts + labor pricing model for applicable services, meaning the amount of product required for your hair may affect the final service total. Factors such as hair length, density, desired result, and service complexity may also affect pricing. Your stylist will discuss your customized service plan and estimated pricing with you.
Consultations
Consultations allow our team to understand your hair history, goals, maintenance expectations, and the services needed to achieve your desired result. Certain services and new guest appointments may require a consultation before the service can be scheduled or performed.
